Abbandando Boraga is one of the six children of Grand Dame Ludmilla Boraga, and one of the possible inheritors of the title. 'Dando is handsome, and can be somewhat charming as long as he's getting what he wants. When denied, he quickly turns every bit as vicious as his siblings.
